“Errors Allowed”是2013年双年展的主题，策展人通过质疑传统的“信息体系”及知识和培训系统的垂直制度化，推动对其进行批判性反思。“Errors Allowed”是地中海青年艺术家新双年展的举办地，继威尼斯艺术双年展之后，每年轮流举行。

Mediterranea 16 将汇集超过200位艺术家，他们由 Bjcem 与欧洲、中东及北非所有合作伙伴紧密合作，通过国际征集选出。
